Sec. 6.

Recipients of scholarship assistance under this act shall continue to receive scholarship payments only during periods that the authority finds that the recipient is both of the following:

Enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a nursing program.

Maintaining satisfactory progress as determined by the eligible institution.
