Mich. Comp. Laws § 390.1542: Definitions.

Sec. 2.

As used in this act:

"College or university" means a degree or certificate granting public or private college or university, junior college, or community college located in this state.

"Textbook" includes a text published in electronic media that is used for instructional purposes.
