Mich. Comp. Laws § 390.262: Co-operative agricultural extension work; federal aid, disposition of funds.

Sec. 2.

The moneys derived by authority of said act shall be exclusively used in the support of co-operative agricultural extension work, to be carried on by the Michigan state college of agriculture and applied science, and the business manager of the state board of agriculture is hereby designated as the officer to whom such funds should be paid.
