Mich. Comp. Laws § 390.915: State board for public community and junior colleges; general supervision and planning, appropriations.

Sec. 5.

The state board for public community and junior colleges, at least once each year, shall advise the state board of education concerning general supervision and planning for such colleges and requests for annual appropriations for their support.
