Mich. Comp. Laws § 393.69: Superintendents of poor; expenses; payment.

Sec. 19.

The expenses incurred by the superintendents of the poor of any county in carrying out the provisions of this act shall be paid as other necessary expenses incurred by them in the discharge of their official duties as are by law required to be paid.
