Mich. Comp. Laws § 397.12: Definitions.

Sec. 2.

As used in this act:

"Board" means the board of trustees of the library created in section 4.

"Department" means the department of history, arts, and libraries.

"Library" means the library of Michigan.

"Rule" means a rule promulgated pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
