Mich. Comp. Laws § 399.113: Transfer of historic site by municipality to department of history, arts, and libraries.

Sec. 3.

Any municipality may transfer the care and control of a historic site or property suitable as a historic site to the department of history, arts, and libraries. The transfer shall be upon terms and for a period of time as may be mutually agreed upon.
