Mich. Comp. Laws § 400.109j: Designation of single point of entry agencies; limitation.

Sec. 109j.

The department of community health shall not designate more than the initial 4 agencies designated under section 109i(9) to serve as single point of entry agencies or agencies similar to single point of entry agencies unless the conditions of section 109i(16) are met and the legislature repeals this section.
