Mich. Comp. Laws § 400.14l: Replacement cost of electronic benefits transfer card.

Sec. 14 l .

A recipient shall not be charged for the replacement cost of an electronic benefits transfer card the first time the card is replaced. A recipient is responsible for payment of the actual replacement cost and administrative cost of the electronic benefits transfer card for each subsequent time the card is replaced.

(2) The payment required under subsection (1) shall be deducted from the recipient's benefits.
