Mich. Comp. Laws § 400.274: Copies of contracts and soliciting materials.

Sec. 4.

True and correct copies of the contracts of professional fund raisers shall be kept on file in the offices of the charitable organization and the professional fund raiser during the term of employment and for 6 years subsequent to the date the solicitation of contributions provided for therein actually terminates.

Copies of all soliciting materials shall be supplied upon request of the attorney general.
