Mich. Comp. Laws § 400.751: Short title; applicability of act.

Sec. 1.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "state food stamp distribution act".

This act applies to the distribution of food stamps through the issuance of paper coupons. It does not apply to distribution by means of an electronic benefit transfer system, except as provided by federal law.
