Mich. Comp. Laws § 400.767: Distribution areas to which act applicable.

Sec. 17.

This act applies to all distribution areas in which the state uses an on-line computer system for verifying and transmitting information about recipients. This act does not apply to any area in this state in which food coupons are mailed to recipients.
