Sec. 110.
The township board may, by resolution, transfer the unexpended balance in a nonrestricted township fund to the general fund of the township after provision has been made for the payment of unpaid warrants or orders drawn on the nonrestricted fund and for claims and accounts then existing which, when audited and allowed, would be payable out of that fund.
If a transfer of funds is authorized pursuant to subsection (1), the treasurer of the township shall provide for the transfer of funds when and as authorized by the township board.
A township board shall not transfer the unexpended balance of any township fund under this section if unpaid bonds payable from the fund are outstanding.
