Mich. Comp. Laws § 418.835a: Worker's compensation administrative revolving fund; creation; administration and use of fund; carry over.

Sec. 835a.

The worker's compensation administrative revolving fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall be administered by the department of labor and shall be used only as prescribed in section 835(5).

Any money, including interest earned by the fund, remaining in the fund at the end of a fiscal year shall be carried over in the fund to the next and succeeding fiscal years and shall not be credited to or revert to the general fund.
