Mich. Comp. Laws § 429.131: Army or navy surplus merchandise; marking.

Sec. 1.

Any wholesaler or retailer distributing or selling any article of merchandise advertised or sold as army or navy surplus merchandise shall have such article of merchandise plainly marked or stamped as such.
