Mich. Comp. Laws § 432.19: Personnel; governmental assistance.

Sec. 19.

The commissioner shall employ personnel as necessary to implement this act at least 2 of whom shall not be in the classified service.

The departments, boards, commissions or other governmental subdivisions of this state shall provide assistance to the bureau upon the bureau's request.
