Sec. 30.

A person, with the intent to defraud, shall not falsely make, alter, forge, utter, pass, or counterfeit a state lottery ticket or share.

A person, with the intent to defraud, shall not falsely make, alter, forge, utter, pass, or counterfeit a ticket or share of any joint enterprise entered into by the commissioner.

A person convicted of violating this section is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
