Sec. 511.

Notwithstanding section 501, the commission may issue the following licenses without regard to the quota provisions of section 531:

With the approval of the Mackinac Island state park commission, not more than 1 class C or class B hotel license for each hotel which is located within the Mackinac Island state park and is owned by the Mackinac Island state park commission and not more than 1 class C license to a concessionaire of the Mackinac Island state park commission who operates a restaurant located within Fort Mackinac.

A license for the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on or off the premises at the Presque Isle harbor marina.

A license issued under this section is not transferable as to ownership or location.
