Mich. Comp. Laws § 445.302: Duty of seller; statement, signature.

Sec. 2.

The seller shall at the time of making sale of any poultry as provided in the preceding section, truthfully state all of the facts as aforesaid; shall sign his name to such statement and shall certify to the correctness thereof.
