Mich. Comp. Laws § 445.376: Transient merchants; evidence.

Sec. 6.

Transaction of business as defined in section 1 of this act by any person for a period of less than 6 months consecutively shall be prima facie evidence that such person was a transient merchant within the intent and meaning hereof.
