Sec. 2.

Said resolution and the rules, regulations and conditions enacted thereunder shall within 5 days after their adoption and before the same shall take effect, be published by posting the same in 3 conspicuous places in the township, and an affidavit of said posting shall be filed in the office of the township clerk.
