Mich. Comp. Laws § 446.30: Statement on oath; forwarding to state treasurer; payment over of duties.

Sec. 30.

Each county treasurer shall, immediately after receiving the statement, forward it to the state treasurer, and shall pay over all auction duties received by him or her to the state treasurer, in the manner directed by the state treasurer.
