Mich. Comp. Laws § 456.13: Treasurer; bond.

Sec. 13.

The treasurer shall give a bond to the corporation, with sufficient sureties, to be approved by the president thereof, for the faithful discharge of his duties, which bond shall be filed with the clerk.
