Mich. Comp. Laws § 457.328: Encampment or canton; incorporation.

Sec. 8.

Any grand encampment or grand canton of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of the state of Michigan, and any subordinate encampment or canton thereof, having been duly chartered, may be incorporated in like manner as grand and subordinate lodges of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, and enjoy the same powers, privileges and benefits under the provisions of this act.
