Mich. Comp. Laws § 457.58: Changing location of business office; filing written notice of change with department of commerce.

Sec. 8.

The location of the business office of the grand lodge of the Loyal Orange Institution, may be changed at any time, upon filing a written notice of such change with the corporation and securities bureau of the department of commerce within 20 days from the time of the change of such location.
