Mich. Comp. Laws § 458.74: Trustees; evidence of authority.

Sec. 14.

It is further provided that the execution by the trustees of said corporation, of any deed, mortgage, note, bond or other obligation, or contract of said corporation in proper form shall be prima facie evidence of the proper appointment of said trustees; said proceedings having been authorized by the society and president as hereinbefore provided.
