Mich. Comp. Laws § 460.629: Failure to collect and remit assessments; penalties.

Sec. 9.

A person that fails to collect or remit an assessment under this act shall pay to the commission the amount due, plus both of the following:

(a) A late fee of 10% of the amount due.

(b) An additional late fee of 1% of the amount due for each month the payment is overdue.
