Sec. 10.

The governing body of a municipal electric utility system may exercise its authority to plan, finance, acquire, construct, own, operate, maintain, and improve electric utility facilities, individually, in joint venture agreements authorized by article 2, or in joint agency agreements as authorized by article 3, or in other joint endeavors authorized by this act or other law, and in cooperation with 1 or more other power utilities, whether authorized by this act or other law.
