Mich. Comp. Laws § 462.335: Unsafe bridge; penalties for certain conduct.

Sec. 335.

A railroad may be fined $10,000.00 for operating or moving any locomotive, railroad car, or railroad maintenance machinery not necessary for bridge repair across a bridge determined by inspection to be unsafe.

A railroad may be fined $100.00 per day for failure to provide the department with an affidavit as required by section 331(2).
