Sec. 2105.

The commissioner may appoint employees to carry out specific functions under this act. The compensation, travel, and other expenses of the commissioner, deputy commissioners, and employees shall be paid in the manner provided by law for other state officers and employees, within the appropriations made by the legislature.

The commissioner may delegate to employees duties authorized to the commissioner under this act.

The commissioner may, at any time, revoke any delegation made under this section.
