Sec. 39.

(1) Subject to section 31, the commissioner shall regularly report violations of this act, and enforcement actions and other relevant information, to the nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry.

(2) The commissioner shall comply with the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, in promulgating any rules under this act.
