Sec. 124.

This code shall not apply to:

Domestic farmers' and other special risk mutual property insurers, as identified in chapter 68, except as stated in chapter 68.

Fraternal benefit societies, except as stated in chapter 81a.

A multiple employer welfare arrangement regulated under chapter 70, except as provided in chapter 70.
