Mich. Comp. Laws § 500.1330: Registration on behalf of affiliated insurer.

Sec. 1330.

The commissioner may allow an insurer authorized to do business in this state which is part of an insurance holding company system to register on behalf of any affiliated insurer which is required to register under section 1324 and to file all information and material required to be filed under this chapter.
