Mich. Comp. Laws § 500.2111e: Rates increase prohibited; applicability of section.

Sec. 2111e.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, an automobile insurer shall not raise rates for automobile insurance before April 1, 1992. This section shall not apply to rate changes based upon assessments levied against insurers pursuant to section 3104 or 3330.
