Mich. Comp. Laws § 500.2612: Rate filings; adherence by insurer.

Sec. 2612.

No insurer shall make or issue a contract except in accordance with the filings which are in effect for said insurer as provided in this chapter or in accordance with sections 2610 or 2614. This section shall not apply to contracts or policies for inland marine risks as to which filings are not required.
