Mich. Comp. Laws § 500.3370: Assistance in applying to facility for placement.

Sec. 3370.

If the commissioner finds, after a hearing, held pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, or if the board of governors, upon its own motion, finds that a large number of persons are failing to gain the benefits of the facility, the facility shall provide service to assist the public in making application to the facility for placement.
