Mich. Comp. Laws § 500.4008: Life insurance; provisions required; single premium policies.

Sec. 4008.

No policy of life insurance shall be issued in this state unless it contains the provisions set forth in sections 4010 through 4036.

Any of such provisions or portion thereof relating to premiums not applicable to single premium policies, shall to that extent not be incorporated therein.
