Mich. Comp. Laws § 500.4446: Policy issued in another state; determination by director.

Sec. 4446.

A group policy offered by an insurer issued in another state shall not be issued in this state unless the director of the department of insurance and financial services determines that requirements substantially similar to section 4424(a) have been met.
