Mich. Comp. Laws § 500.6800: Scope of chapter; code applicability to domestic farmers' mutual insurers.

Sec. 6800.

This chapter applies only to domestic farmers' mutual insurers and to the other domestic mutual insurers organized and transacting insurance upon property under this chapter.

No provision or provisions of this insurance code not contained in or referred to in this chapter shall be applicable as to any such insurer.
