Mich. Comp. Laws § 550.1615: Review of final order or decision.

Sec. 615.

Any final order or decision made, issued, or executed by the commissioner under this act after a hearing held before the commissioner or a deputy commissioner pursuant to the administrative procedures act shall be subject to review as provided in chapter 6 of the administrative procedures act without leave by the circuit court for Ingham county.
