Sec. 133.

The caption of the final plat shall be printed at the top of the plat in large, bold letters, and shall include:

Name of the plat.

Part of section, number of section, town and range, municipality and county.

If a private claim, the number of the claim and the municipality in which the land is situated.

If a tract of land that is not a section or part of a section, the name by which the tract is legally known and the town and range and municipality in which the land is situated.
