Mich. Comp. Laws § 560.149: County plat board's certificate.

Sec. 149.

A certificate shall be signed and dated by the majority of the county plat board, signifying its approval of the plat.

The certificate shall include a statement that the plat was reviewed for conformance to all applicable provisions of this act by the county plat board, by the county plat engineer, or both.
