Mich. Comp. Laws § 600.4367: Recommitment of prisoner; violation of section; penalty.

Sec. 4367.

If any person knowingly:

violates section 4364, or

causes section 4364 to be violated, or

aids or assists in the violation of section 4364; he is guilty of a misdemeanor, and is liable to the party aggrieved in the sum of $1,000.00 damages.
