Sec. 6113.
Proceedings under this chapter are special proceedings, and shall be heard by the judge without a jury, except as provided in subsection (3) of section 6128. Hearings may be held in chambers.
A judgment debtor may be required to attend outside the county where he resides but the court may make such order as to mileage and expenses as is just.
