Mich. Comp. Laws § 600.813: Construction of chapter.

Sec. 813.

This chapter shall not be construed to affect the terms of those judges of probate elected before the effective date of this section or appointed before that date to fill a vacancy in the office of judge of probate.

This chapter shall not be construed to rescind or repeal those probate court districts created before the effective date of this section.
