Mich. Comp. Laws § 750.120b: Jury deliberations; recording or attempting to record; penalty.

Sec. 120b.

It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt to record or to record the deliberation of a jury in any case. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
