Mich. Comp. Laws § 750.493e: Jumping or diving from public bridge or overpass as misdemeanor; effective date of section.

Sec. 493e.

A person shall not jump or dive from a public bridge or overpass.

A person who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor.

This section shall not take effect until April 1, 1983.
