Mich. Comp. Laws § 767.28: Indictment; right of indictee to copy.

Sec. 28.

Every person indicted for any offense, who shall have been arrested upon process issued upon such indictment or who shall have duly entered into recognizance to appear and answer to such indictment shall, on demand, be entitled to a copy of the indictment and of all endorsements thereon.
