Mich. Comp. Laws § 791.515: Central training academy; establishment; provision of funds; separate appropriation.

Sec. 15.

The department shall establish a central training academy for use as an employee training center for state correctional officers. Funds necessary for the establishment and use of the training academy shall be provided by the department and supported by separate appropriation.
