Mich. Comp. Laws § 800.328: Correctional industries products; duties of director of department of management and budget.

Sec. 8.

The director of the department of management and budget shall prescribe specifications, standards, quality tests, methods, and conditions of packaging and conditions and times of delivery for correctional industries products purchased by this state, and may inspect, accept, or reject correctional industries products to the same extent as if they were purchased from other sources.
